Retail/office space in high traffic areas will average between $0.65 to $1.10 per Sq. Feet. Available size currently runs from 500 Sq. Feet to 13,000 Sq. Feet.

Land value in higher traffic locations for retail/commercial will average from $30,000.00 for small lot to $75,000.00 per acre on larger properties. With property when available that is located in Winnemucca Blvd. The Average sale prices have been in the $9.00 to $13.00 Sq. Ft. range.

Industrial property in large parcels will run from $1,000.00 per acre to $15,000.00 per acre depending on location, utilities and size of the property.
